The Office of the Commissioner for Children is currently organising its annual children's rights live-in entitled ‘Rights 4U’, for young people between the ages of 13 and 15. This year two live-ins will be held, one in Malta between the 1st and the 3rd of August and one in Gozo between the 21st and the 23rd of August. The theme for this year's live-in will be that of positive use of technology.

The Office of the Commissioner for Children is currently looking for 6 Night-shift workers (3 for each live-in). Experience in working with young people will be considered an asset. The night-shift workers will be expected to be ‘on duty’ between 9:00pm and 7:30am and will be responsible for ensuring that young people remain in their rooms during the night and to provide support to young people when required even if just a chat if they can’t sleep.

A payment of 60 Euro will be made to each night-shift worker.

Anyone interested may apply by email to suzanne.gili@gov.mt by no later than the 8th of July.
